Delete my data

You can ask us to redact the personal data we hold about you in past support tickets. This is your right under Article 17 of the GDPR.

Enter the email address you used when contacting support. We will send you a one-time confirmation link to that address. After you press the link and confirm, your name, email and any other identifying details will be replaced with the word REDACTED across our records. Any support tickets you still have open will be closed automatically. We keep the ticket history itself so support records remain accurate, but identifying information will no longer be associated with you.

For your privacy, we always show the same confirmation message whether or not the email matches a ticket on our records.

What happens next

  1. You enter your email above and press Send confirmation link.
  2. If we have data on file for that address, we send you an email with a one-time link.
  3. You press the link within 24 hours and confirm the deletion on the next page.
  4. Your personal data is redacted across all studios you have ever contacted us through, and any open tickets for that email are closed.
  5. If you open a new ticket later, the new ticket holds your new details until you make another request.
